Child Safety Standards (CSAE)
Heyspace has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Any attempt to create, upload, share, store, request, distribute, or promote CSAE or CSAM is strictly prohibited on Heyspace.
Prohibited content and behavior
The following is not allowed on Heyspace (including profiles, messages, media uploads, posts, and links):
- Any sexual content involving minors, or content that depicts or sexualizes minors
- Any CSAE or CSAM content in any form (images, videos, audio, text, or links)
- Grooming, coercion, or manipulation of minors for sexual purposes
- Sextortion involving minors
- Solicitation or trafficking of minors, or facilitation of exploitation
- Attempts to normalize, encourage, or instruct others to engage in CSAE or CSAM
Enforcement
If we detect or are notified of CSAE or CSAM, we may take immediate action, including:
- Removing or restricting access to content
- Suspending or permanently banning accounts involved
- Restricting features to prevent further abuse
- Preserving relevant information as required for safety and legal compliance
- Reporting to relevant authorities when legally required
Reporting CSAE or CSAM
If you see or suspect CSAE or CSAM on Heyspace:
- In-app reporting: Use the Report option on the relevant profile, message, or content
- Email reporting: Send details to [email protected] with the subject line: CSAE Report – Heyspace
Please include the username or profile, where it occurred, and any details that help us locate the content quickly.
Age requirement
Heyspace is intended for users 18 and older. Minors are not permitted to use Heyspace.
Security (general)
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect user data and reduce abuse on the platform. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
